A native of Jasper, Indiana, Debbie Reed, PT is President and Owner of Advanced Rehabilitation, Inc. and its work injury prevention and management division, ARI Integrated Work Injury Solutions. She is a 1986 graduate of the Physical Therapy program at the University of Evansville and has served as a member of the Indiana State Physical Therapy Committee, the state regulatory agency for Physical Therapists, since 1998.
Debbie founded ARI in 1988 with the goal of providing quality physical therapy services to patients in areas with limited access to physical therapy providers. ARI currently has three locations in Southern Indiana. Debbie has been a practicing physical therapist for over 30 years and has developed expertise in the work injury arena, including work injury prevention, education, ergonomics, early intervention, case coordination, work injury management process development and on-site physical therapy. Her clients have included those in the automotive, aluminum, electronics, filtration, foundry, furniture, rubber, and trucking industries. Debbie specializes in the delivery of results driven work injury management services to increase her client’s profits and productivity.
Debbie has published and served as an expert contributor on articles relating to work injury management in the journals Impact and Advance for Physical Therapy and Rehab Management. She has also presented at both state and national levels regarding innovative approaches for the prevention and management of work-related injuries. Debbie is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and its Private Practice Section.
She resides in Tell City, Indiana with husband Tim. They have raised four children, Ian, Hana, Eli, and Elliot and enjoy following their activities and traveling.
