  • Having Molly go to ARI was the best reassurance this mom could ever have had.

I came to ARI after having ACL and meniscus surgery. I was non weight bearing for 9 weeks and lost all my strength in my right leg. Becky and the other therapists worked with me every week for several months which helped me gain back most of my strength. The therapists gave me the tools and confidence to keep getting stronger. Thanks to ARI, I am now out on the field playing soccer 7 months after surgery.

I am forever grateful for the work Becky put in every week to help Molly have the best possible outcome. Not only Becky, but everyone including Meghan and Alfredo were so kind and helpful. Having Molly go to ARI was the best reassurance this mom could ever have had.

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you ARI!!

When I came into ARI I could barely move my right arm because I was in so much shoulder pain.  I could not carry my toddler without getting tears in my eyes.  It hurt to put shampoo in my hair.  I had the privilege to work with all the staff and I will say I am so glad I came in despite the pandemic going on.  I worked with several different therapists, but I enjoyed learning all the different techniques and new opinions on how to improve. I am so proud to say I am better and excited to go back to my life as normal.  My family is so glad mom is back. Thank you, thank you, thank you ARI!!

  • The staff at ARI are exceptional and it’s great to know they are here to help when I have an injury.

I was in a car accident in September 2016. A year later I was having difficulty with my neck. It was hard to turn my neck to see traffic when driving. I felt like the muscles were frozen.

Now my neck is improved and I find that household tasks like carrying out the trash, doing laundry, and looking up in the top shelves of my cabinets are much better. Physical therapy has helped me recover from a dislocated shoulder, two knee operations, and whiplash from a car accident.

The staff at ARI are exceptional and it’s great to know they are here to help when I have an injury. I give ARI five stars!

  • I am back to doing everything with my right arm and shoulder. Thank you all.

When I first started coming to ARI, I could hardly use or lift my right arm. I could not even hold my 1-year old son. With time and the help of all the wonderful women, I was holding him again in no time. I am back to doing everything with my right arm and shoulder. Thank you all.

  • I’m very grateful to Becky and Meghan at ARI.

I came to ARI after having headaches for almost 5 months, many doctor visits, a trip to the ER and numerous tests.

The results have been outstanding. I am headache free now.

To be pain free and be able to return to my former activities is a real blessing. I’m very grateful to Becky and Meghan at ARI.

  • I can say that if I had not gone to ARI, I’d be in a heck of a shape.

My experience at ARI has been physically as well as emotionally a great experience. I had a total knee replacement so all the therapy that Tina taught me was needed. She showed me many activities so that I would not get bored.

For the emotional part, we discussed many of my concerns which made me more confident of myself. She helped me to understand that this therapy is very worthwhile, but that I needed to continue the therapy at home. This was the hardest because she wound not be there to encourage me. I can say that if I had not gone to ARI, I’d be in a heck of a shape.

  • I greatly appreciate the kindness and compassion shown me during this healing process.

A great big thank you! Prior to my therapy, moving my head, turning, twisting, standing, walking, and sitting were hard as well as very painful for me. In addition, I suffered from headaches on a daily basis. My shoulder as well as neck muscles were constantly in spasm.

I experience relief right after my first treatment and I continue to progress and am living pain free for the first time in a while.

I greatly appreciate the kindness and compassion shown me during this healing process. I felt that my concerns were heard, addressed, and cared for. All the team members treated me as a valued friend and not just another patient. Their genuine concern for my wellbeing was clearly evident as they skillfully guided me through the process. I am truly grateful for their assistance.

  • Dedicated, skills, kind, friend and caring. All of the above!

Dedicated, skills, kind, friend and caring. All of the above!

I’m thankful that my family doctor referred me to ARI after a relapse in my overall strength this spring-summer. All the therapists were aware of my needs and provided great individualized exercises for me on balance, leg and arm strengthening, as well as many follow up exercises for home.

I also appreciate knowing how to do all the follow up exercises with the helpful pictorial exercises Alfredo provided.

I am now able to handle some yard work as well as household chores and walk longer distances. I can also arise from a chair without aid!

  • We highly recommend Advanced Rehabilitation.

We highly recommend Advanced Rehabilitation. Adam and staff were great working with my 6-year-old son.

They made physical therapy a positive experience and Evan is excited about the progress he has made. Evan said, “Adam made it fun.”

  • I so appreciate their compassion and drive to help make me better.

My experience at ARI was wonderful. I came in with lower back pain that was preventing me from being able to do exercises or basic housework. Cyndi and Alfredo took the time to truly understand my issues and worked with me to define a plan that would get me back to my regular activities.

I so appreciate their compassion and drive to help make me better. I feel so much better now that my sessions are over and I am back to my normal household activities and well on my way back to being able to exercise like I used to.

I can truly say that all of the staff at ARI are top notch!

  • I am super thankful for everyone at ARI

After a work injury and months of therapy, I am happy with my experience at ARI. Becky, Alfredo, Meghan, and Adam are all wonderful at what they do.

Becky was my main therapist on this journey, and she was very kind and caring. In the beginning I had a lot of difficulty walking or doing everyday tasks. After surgery and therapy, I can do a little better and have more movement in my ankle. It is not perfect, but it probably is as good as it will get.

I am super thankful for everyone at ARI, but Becky and Alfredo are amazing PTAs and Meghan and Adam know their stuff. Thanks again.

  • My therapy team at ARI has been so good to me in helping me reach my goals and give my life back to me.

Before I came to ARI, I was having severe back pain. I could not get any relief and was in a lot of pain. Within 2 sessions, my pain started to go away as I learned how to manage my pain with stretches.

My goal with ARI was to be able to sleep in my bed again, tie my own shoes and to just be able to do the simple things that I haven’t been about to do for so long.

My therapy team at ARI has been so good to me in helping me reach my goals and give my life back to me. Thank you so much,

    - Tracie B.
  • I would recommend ARI to anyone that needs physical therapy of any kind. Much Thanks!

I came to ARI because of a balance problem after an automobile accident 4 years ago. I sustained a traumatic brain injury. I have been dealing with balance issues which keeps me from doing a lot of everyday things. The trauma will never be cured.

Meghan worked with me on balance issues by showing me very helpful exercises with eye movements and working on my leg and hip strength. I can do these exercises easily at home.

Meghan is a very comforting and through person always exploring new ways to help establish anything that might better help me.

I would recommend ARI to anyone that needs physical therapy of any kind. Much Thanks!

  • Thank you to Brandi, Marie, Amanda, and everyone at ARI for helping me so much and making it fun.

I came into physical therapy with a sharp pain in my left hip and very limited range of motion. This was problematic considering I ride horses and run track! I learned that my pelvis was very out of line and the surrounding muscles were weak. After completing my physical therapy, I am not only nearly pain free, but I am in line, balanced, stronger, more flexible and equipped with the knowledge to continue to improve. Thank you to Brandi, Marie, Amanda, and everyone at ARI for helping me so much and making it fun.

  • I can't thank the staff enough for all of their help!

Before coming to ARI I had difficulty performing everyday activities at home and at work due to knee pain. I could barely walk and run without being in pain. After coming to ARI I can perform all of those everyday activities without being in pain. I am also back to running without having any pain. I am very pleased with my experience here at ARI. I can’t thank the staff enough for all of their help!

  • I'm thrilled with the outcome of my surgery.

I started going to ARI late last summer after I had a medial tear of the meniscal root. I had hoped to avoid surgery, but I soon realized that I wasn’t able to have the active lifestyle I had prior to my injury. Brandi worked with me pre-surgery to help me strengthen my quad and hamstring so that my recovery would be a little easier. I had surgery in early January and began post-surgery PT immediately after. I was totally non-weight bearing for 6 weeks then gradually worked my way back to being fully weight bearing.

Brandi did a great job of helping me not only regain my strength to a functional level but also to get my range of motion to a functional level. I reached my therapy goals very quickly; less than 6 weeks after I started walking again, I was released from physical therapy.

Brandi did a great job of getting me back to my active lifestyle. I am back to leading group fitness classes at Everbody’s and doing all the things I love to do. When I saw my surgeon for my 12 week post-op appointment, she was amazed at what I was able to do. At that point I was already spinning for 60 minutes; Dr. Lee said that all of her patients who had had this surgery were, at that point, still struggling to go up and down stairs.

Brandi was also a great sounding board when I would get frustrated, when I felt like I wasn’t progressing fast enough. She reminded me that physical therapy isn’t the best time to be an over-achiever. She pushed me to do the most I could do without letting me more than I should do.
I’m thrilled with the outcome of my surgery. It didn’t come without a lot of work and pain, but having Brandi by my side every step of the way made it so much better. My husband refers to Brandi as “the devil.” I prefer to refer to her as my PT angel.

  • Thanks to the ARI staff and a special thank you to Marie, the intern whom I worked with most days.

I had a knee replacement in April of 2017 and started my physical therapy at ARI directly after my surgery. My first few visits were difficult as I had very little range of motion, but I was determined to make this knee replacement work for me.

Prior to my knee problems, I became very active and was training for an Ironman race. Two weeks before my Ironman race, my knee started giving out on me and I could no longer run, but I could walk. I completed the Ironman race in October of 2016, but soon after that my knee got worse. I could no longer walk without a limp, I could hardly bend my knee and I was in constant pain due to osteoarthritis, torn meniscus, and bone spurs.

So, after surgery and when my PT started, I was determined that I was going to get back to being active again. I went to PT as schedule and worked hard (even grunting and screaming) to get my ROM where it needed to be. When at home, I did my PT exercises 3x a day; in the morning, early afternoon, and then again in the evening.

In a matter of 8 weeks, I was able to start leading spin classes again at the local gym; a couple of weeks later, I was out on the road bike doing what I love…cycling!

Thanks to the Physical Therapists that worked with me and pushed me at ARI, and my own discipline, I was able to graduate from ARI, return to work, and I am beginning to get back to my active lifestyle.
Thanks to the ARI staff and a special thank you to Marie, the intern whom I worked with most days. She will have a bright future ahead of her.

  • I couldn’t raise my toes on my right foot and now I can raise them. Very good.

I was losing my balance pretty often. Now I can walk better, a lot better! I couldn’t raise my toes on my right foot and now I can raise them. Very good.

  • I will brag to everyone I know about ARI and the wonderful staff. I can’t thank you all enough!

I came in after a spinal fusion. I wasn’t able to lift with my left arm and I couldn’t turn my head without extreme difficulty. I was very discouraged. After a few days with Becky, Meghan, and Ashley they had me turning my head and lifting light weights. These ladies are amazing and so good at what they do. I will brag to everyone I know about ARI and the wonderful staff. I can’t thank you all enough!

  • All the staff is very helpful in guiding you to do exercises and stretches properly.

I came to ARI because I was having severe pain in my left knee. I could tell my leg along the outside of my knee did not feel right. Amanda did ASTYM treatments and stretching exercises to my IT band which was really tight and knotted up. She also gave me strengthening exercises to do to make my muscles stronger in my back and hip which affect the muscles down to my knee.

All the staff is very helpful in guiding you to do exercises and stretches properly. I have having no more pain and can sleep all night!!! Yay!!

  • I will definitely be back if I ever need physical therapy again.

I was referred to ARI by my family physician for headaches. Upon my first visit it was determined that I had a lot of muscle tension and tightness in my neck.

I started working with Andrea which was awesome. She helped me work on exercises to work out all the tightness in my neck, shoulder, and upper back. Before coming to ARI, I never knew these muscles could be associated with headaches.

I can now do exercises at home and live headache free. I will definitely be back if I ever need physical therapy again and I recommend ARI to anyone who needs physical therapy.

  • Thank you to all the ARI staff who helped me heal.

I came into ARI because my hamstring was bothering me. They performed dry needling on me which soon began to take away the pain. I can now get back to playing sports at my 100% potential. Thank you to all the ARI staff who helped me heal.

  • If my next trip precipitates BPPV again, I'm not waiting to call ARI immediately!

I consider myself a very healthy person until a recent trip to Mexico. No, I did not get Montezuma’s curse. Yea! I returned with vertigo. Boo! Every time I turned my head everything would go 360 °. I toughed it out 3 ½ weeks and then googled it. After reading about the Epley Maneuver curing 80% of BPPV after one treatment, I picked up the phone and called ARI.

Imagine my surprise after one treatment that I was able to turn my head immediately without the room spinning. I was even able to go to Pilates class that evening.

If my next trip precipitates BPPV again, I’m not waiting to call ARI immediately!

  • The work has been hard but results are great.

I came to ARI with problems in my left shoulder. The doctor said it wasn’t a torn rotator and that I needed physical therapy. I can now sleep at night, my shoulder is more mobile, and I have a lot less pain.

The staff has been wonderful. Tina and Brandi were my therapists and they made me work at my exercises. The work has been hard but results are great.

  • I have cut back on my medication by half and I am more active than I have been in years and can do more with my kids.

I came to ARI because I had been in pain for over 5 years. I had headaches, back pain, wrist pain, and swelling. I had trouble doing anything. It was hard to clean my house after work. I had several headaches a week and have been on pain medication for years. ARI really helped me to take control of myself. They have shown me exercises and other things to do to help myself.

Because of the work they do and the help they have given me, I am now having pain free days for the first time in over 5 years. I haven’t had a headache in over 3 months and I am able to do house work and more after a full day of work. They have shown me understanding and kindness. I now know how to prevent my stiffness and pain. I have cut back on my medication by half and I am more active than I have been in years and can do more with my kids.

  • You are knowledgeable, professional, and still make things fun!

After months of rehabilitation elsewhere, following a serious back injury, I continued to suffer pain and limitation of movement.  I came to ARI with a desire to prevent further debilitation.  Not only was that goal met, but my stamina and flexibility have increased while my pain has greatly decreased.  I feel well prepared to face the future, and I know where to turn if issues pop up that need to be addressed.  Thank you Marie and Amanda!  You are knowledgeable, professional, and still make things fun!

  • I was very pleased with all staff and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy in the future.

I worked with several of the physical therapists at Advanced Rehabilitation Physical Therapy and all were very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in doing whatever was needed to aid in my recovery. I was very pleased with all staff and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy in the future. Office hours that should fit a large number of people’s schedules, including weekend hours. A great place.
